Our meals, perfected by our nutritionist in these times of heightened immune importance, give your body the nutrition it needs to maintain vitality and wellness, and the immune system boosters to fight pathogens before you even know you were exposed to them.

Nutrient dense meals (rich in protein, vitamins, antioxidants and essential fats) which do not include gluten, refined sugars, or grains, allow inflammation to reduce, gut healing to occur, and strong new immune cells to be made. 70% of your immune cellsare made by tissues in your gut lining... so there really is no time like the present to make sure your meals support both gut healing AND immune cell synthesis.

Our meals are high in complete proteins, essential fats for a healthy nervous sys- term, and rich in detoxifying antioxidants. They are full of nutrition which supports healthy intestinal motility, and optimal immune cell activity.

Importantly, we exclude refined carbs/sugars and inflammatory gluten,
and many dishes are grain-free, meaning your blood sugar remains stable and energy is balanced throughout the day, reducing sugar addiction and cravings.

Common questions


How long do the meals last? 

All Ours freshly-prepared meals have a refrigerated shelf life of about 6 days. If you’re ever unable to finish your meals within their shelf life, you can always put them into the freezer for extended lifetime. Just make sure to microwave your meal straight from the freezer and add a few extra minutes.


How do I heat up my meals

Your meals will come to you fully prepared so you just have to heat them in the microwave. All the meals heat up in about 3 minutes (depending on your microwave). If you’re unsure, start at 2 minutes and heat in 30–second.


How does delivery work?

At this moment we only deliver to south of Bali, meaning all of Bukit, Kuta, Seminyak, Umalas, Canggu & Perenenan. Deliveries outside of Bukit will have a one time delivery fee of 50k IDR. 


Can I order drinks to my meals? 

Yes you can. With all our meal we offer our cold pressed juice for 25k extra per meal. Please ask about the juices when you put in your order.
